“Science can amuse and fascinate us all, but it is engineering that changes the world.”
Mechanical engineering, in its essence, is the practice of creating things that move all by themselves: from airplanes to robots and even the simplest of objects that accompany us in our daily lives. Engineering demands cross-disciplinary knowledge of mathematics, physics and material sciences. For that reason, perhaps engineering is the ultimate intellectual and professional pursuit. At The AV Club, we teach engineering through a lens of play and experimentation. We help our students build real robots and virtual machines and hope to spark a lifelong interest in one of the most important disciplines of our time. Check out our course offerings below!
